Hi everyone, I am working on some personal projects so why not document all the different projects that I will be starting. It may be a little incohesive lol, but I having been making lots of stuff id like to share, and I dont think writing just one blog post felt enough so ill make this a page and update with dates.


2026年7月11日  Documenting my TOTONO merch process: 

I started designing the You me and Her cat maid themed merchandise in July, and have released them already. I put up an instagram poll in June, and it just so happens that it won, thank you for the users that have voted it was a tough tie between saya. I have already finished designing the merchandise, and they're available! The release date was on July 6th, which coincidentally was the day I took my mother to the hospital. It was a little stressful planning a merch release on the same day I had to go to the hospital. it wasn't actually planned but I prepped everything before hand! I try to keep myself busy when stressful situtations were happening but luckily my mother's surgery went well afterwards. 

I did a lot of thumbnail editing so I hope you dont mind if I show most of the mockups I have created. I wont show all of the ones I did but I created many including stickers, keychains, plush badges, posters, and acrylic standees. 

I really wanted to make this something I was proud of, as I use my own art as self expression for the things I like. I am very proud of these. I dont expect a lot of people to buy or be interested which is okay. I honestly just design merchandise for myself and my friends. Im grateful that my store even had one sale, since I've always felt like my art was very amateur. Despite all that I continued making this set despite knowing how much tedious work and managing my own fiances and marketing is going to be. I enjoyed the challenge of it. One day I do dream of printing my merch independently and selling them at conventions, I'm very far away from that dream though.

I'm still waiting for some of my prototypes to arrive, since I work with wooacry they recently released new gemstone acrylic charms, of course I jumped at the opportunity to make totono themed ones, I'm really excited to when they arrive and I will upload the photos once they do. I already have pictures I have uploaded of the acrylic standees. I really enjoy photo editing by the way!

I was slightly worried that the sizing wasnt going to be what I envisioned it would be, but I am happy to say that my sizing was correct! I wanted aoi to be abit shorter than miyuki because of their apparent height differences in the novel, I wanted the characters to be accurate. Im really proud of these standees, and honestly think this is currently my best work so far that im happy to showcase! I will update with more photographs once more of the prototypes arrive, and give my thoughts on the quality. I will say though that the quality of the acrylic standees are the best feeling acrylics from a company ive worked with, and im not just saying that because I work with them, but ive tried many different companies from china and wooacry has been very high quality with their merch production.

My other prototypes have arrived today, I talk about each one and let you know how I feel about them:

Im actually really happy with how the gemstone charms turned out T_T.. they are actually really pretty.. I didnt expect to like them so much! They also feel abit heavy but in a good way, like of high quality.

I took individual pictures of them as well.

aaa i love them.

alright next is the acrylic standee and heart aoi charm. Im still waiting for my miyuki one. thoughts on these ones, I feel like i probably shouldve made the standee abit larger, its 7cm but they feel abit small to me, still think they are relatively worth it tho. So the heart charm (not the gemstones but the regular acrylic.) the polka dot pattern didnt show very well in the acrylic, you can slightly see it but it is extremely small unfortunately, i still think it looks very nice though. I will be showing Irl pictures in my listings.

2026年7月12日  Commission Projects!


I was always anxious about starting commission work again due to social difficulties that I struggle with. Mainly communicating with customers and anxiety from it. As you may know I started doing commission work maybe around the start of this year (mainly through instagram) I've had prior experience back in 2021-2022 but stopped due to starting college. Few years later which is now, I have opened them again (2026) I then transitioned to VGEN with my friends help: MayaVtuber, she is also an incredible artist with so much experience and knowledge, I look up to her as my friend and also with how professional she is when it comes to her work so Im really thankful for her helping me open a Vgen! I specialize in painted anime Illustrations for those that are maybe new to my site! and 8 years of commission work experience. I was always anxious about these things, because i truly lacked confidence in my own abilities. I had very supportive friends that encouraged me and pushed me to do it. I feel really happy to have friends that are also artists as I feel so connected with them. 

I have been really enjoying commission work again, and I honestly tear up when I receive sweet private notes when I have completed their commission, I feel like working even harder!!! even though I should probably take more breaks as I have a bad habit of locking in too hard for hours. I should probably take a break soon since I havent played many games this month like I usually do lol. But I am still open to work! my comms are on a waitlist but the people that are on my waitlist will be accepted immediately once ive caught up with the bigger commissions I have atm. 2026年7月15日   Ita Bag Process 1:  madohomu bag

Hi, today most of my items arrived for my ita bag that I planned on working on, I actually wanted to make this bag last year but a lot of stuff happened and it got kinda delayed. New trailer for the movie came out recently so I felt motivated to get my shit together and make this bag properly. I was planning to make it as a homura repeat bag, but I thought about it more, did some inspo research (lol) and decided I wanted to make a ship bag of madoka and homura. also note some of the badges and keychains on this bag might not be official.. alot of these things Ive just generally collected over the years or recent, also some of the merch is from independent artists, which id like to get more of!

this is the bag that I decided to go with. I really liked the look of this bag, thought it would fit, it is very cute. I got this bag on taobao, I thinkkkkkk its official but im not sure, it did come with a sanrio tag, but some sanrio stuff with tags could also be bootleg so dont believe me for it lol. The bag is good quality, but hard to say if its going to last a long time, the colour may fade over time if i use it a lot, but I planned to make this ita bag more for display. (I dont really go to conventions T_T) 

How I made the insert:

I made the insert using cardboard, any kind of cardboard thats strong and stays in shape will work. I use to use really bad flexible cardboard from shipping boxes and it just didnt work well. Or you could use a hard cardboard like fabric insert, ive seen some of them on aliexpress or amazon. I bought the polka dot fabric online, you can honestly use any type of fabric you like! I do recommend maybe a high quality one, since you will be stabbing your charms through it lol.

once you have cardboard and the fabric insert, I measured the cardboard to match my bags insert shape, and just trimmed it little by little and made sure it was the exact size of my bag. This is pretty important so make sure it fits well and that its not too big, or too small. once that is done I got some craft glue, and glued the fabric on the backside, NOT the front.

the back doesnt look pretty but noone will see what it looks like from the backside so just make sure you have enough glue and that it is stable and secure. Let the glue dry, and then after we can start sticking our charms and pins to the bag.

Once its prepared, I started to rearrange the charms on the board before i started pinning them on to figure out how I would like to position the layout. I went for a few different options as you can see below!

after I was happy with the layout I started slowly pinning and rearranging everything to my liking. I also had some flush cutters and use that to remove the keychain part of some of my charms to not have many keychains show in the bag, it also makes it a little easier to place the charms on the insert.

It did take me several attempts and I rearranged my charms a lot, so expect to do a lot of rearranging. i also stabbed myself with the safety pins many times so also expect to do that as well!!!

here is the finished bag! I am very happy with how it turned out~ 
I think the colours really compliment eachother.

Ita Bag Process 2: Patchouli Repeat bag

Writing this on July 28th, but I finished making the bag yesterday!
Theres not much to write about the process, since I bought a few things longggg before hand. I bought those zakkamart plastic inserts for repeat bags to place badges, you can find them at aliexpress or taobao is where i generally found them, I also already had some protective badge cases which are also from taobao! 

here is the finished bag, very happy with it! itll probably be my main outing bag when i travel !

Making my own personal home server

My own personal home server has been in the works for awhile, at the moment im still trying to accumulate the neccessary funds to build my own server rack at home, but since I have some older computers laying around I made due with what I can accomplish. I used one of my really shitty Lenovo laptops as a temporary server, mainly for any extra storage and files since It cant really handle much other than that task. It is running off of linux debian. Here is a pic of the set up! it is really messy sorry lol.

also when i booted up my terminal my wallpaper was sora and haru, which was cool i thought, and then i realised i couldnt see the terminal lol.

Learning how to animate with my art and with programming.

I really wanted to get back into animating since ive been drawing again. I honestly havent animated much but I have been doing small doodles with it. also animating using code is abit trickier also not use to it, but I was able to make little widget like characters on my websites page!! I am proud of them, I was inspired by seeing other widget pets on my neighbours site, and it really motivated me to learn the process, It took me a couple days to animate a little patchouli on the screen but the process was very worth it and I even made a kurisu on the oshi katsu page. Having the characters cycle through different text was abit tricky because it would show random symbols? i still dont really understand why it kept happening until I wrote it in english that it stopped doing it.

im going to try and use live 2D i wanted to learn live 2D for model rigging, also making models is something I plan to do soon, ill write a section for that at some point!

Madoka Magica Shrine progress

Currently I have a madoka magica shelf, if you dont know I really love this series, it was one of the first animes ive ever watched since I was a kid. I collect a variety of things but my madoka magica shelf has always been something that I never got rid of because I really cherish these characters. in previous years ive sold a few here and there, older picture:

This picture is newer, i definitely need to build another shelf since everything barley fits! I do plan to move into a new room soon, so im hoping in the future I can have more display space. I also ordered some new madoka figures, I may make a shelf just for her as she is my wife I guess~ here are a few that I have ordered:

mainly consists of her newer prize figures but I like them a lot shes so cute T_T... ill figure out putting them somewhere in my very overcrowded room soon!! The Devil Homura is actually a bootleg I gotten recently, I dont condone buying bootlegs but this variant is of the Garage kit by Meloncheese i believe. As much as Id like to own the original garage kit, it is just way too over my price range so I got the bootleg instead (sorry!) she is very cute though, has a lot of flaws and not much shading but her sculpt is pretty nice. im happy to have her but she does overcrowd my shelf abit so I may move her.

Hello! updating this log, my cart arrived a few days ago, it is already built, and a few of my figures started to slowly arrive. Most of my packages from Japan are still getting delievered to the warehouse, here is a few photos on how its coming along so far.
